Recorded in 2005 during the band's relentless touring years, 0109 2005 (Acoustic Album) reimagines seven TSATF favorites through a different lens. Stripped of the massive amplifiers and thunderous drums that defined the band's live show, these recordings showcase the strength of the songwriting through acoustic guitars, mandolin, banjo, harmonica, organ, hand percussion, and rich vocal harmonies.

0109 2005 highlights a side of TSATF rarely heard before or since. Featuring fresh interpretations of "Armageddon's Parade," "Bad Behavior," "STD," "Religious Salesman," and more, the album proves that great songs can thrive in any setting—from loud stages and packed clubs to stripped-down acoustic performances.

Recorded in 1998 at MAV Studios with producer Pat McAtee, Alter Ego captures The Sound and the Fury at the beginning of its journey. Building on two earlier demo releases, the album marked the band's first full-length studio effort and documented the youthful ambition, energy, and determination that would define the years to come.

Featuring early fan favorites such as "The Earthquake's Revenge" and "Bottle Magic," Alter Ego showcases a band discovering its identity while blending powerful melodies, dynamic arrangements, and deeply personal songwriting. Tracks like "Us Against Them" reflect the frustrations, setbacks, broken promises, and hard lessons learned from navigating the music industry, making the album as autobiographical as it is ambitious.

Recorded during the early days of the lineup featuring Jeff Wood, Aaron Ogle, John Floyd Whitaker, and Jay Kassen, the album also began a creative relationship with producer Pat McAtee that continues to come full circle today through bassist Mike McAtee, Pat's son, who now holds down the low end for TSATF.

While the band's songwriting, performances, and production have continued to evolve over the decades, the passion and authenticity captured on Alter Ego remain timeless. Listen closely and you may even discover the hidden track, "Valentine Present," a surprise that not every fan knows exists.
